Welcome to the Prostate Cancer Research Foundation website
We aim to fund the best independent worldwide research into the causes of prostate cancer; to offer better outcomes to men diagnosed with prostate cancer and to enable all specialists to share information.
We have funded independent research since 1998, and have been involved with a number of breakthroughs, including discovering that differences in men's immune systems can have a bearing on developing prostate cancer.
We are on the underground!
The Communications Agency won the CBS Outdoor Underground Writer competion this year with the prize being free tube card panels on the London Underground. Thank you again to everyone who made this possible and to all of our supporters who have so kindly donated! Let us know if you spot one and what you think.

Kenwood Piddle Dash, 1st June 2008, London
After the success of last year's Piddle Dash in Dorset, which is to be held again this year, our supporters in London have organised a Piddle Dash to take place in the capital. The Piddle Dash will be held on Sunday 1st June 2008 on Kenwood and Hampstead Heath, and promises to be a fun day out. If you would like to take part please drop us an email for a registration form.
This young chap was a real winner at the Dorset Piddle Dash last year.
London 10k Run - Sunday 6th July 2008
Looking for a challenge to work towards? Run with workmates but need a common cause? We are now looking for teams to run the London 10k, held in July 2008. Take part and run through the streets of the capital with workmates, friends or family and raise funds for our valuable research.
